Returns

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within  day of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your email/contact page]. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your InstaPay account within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Items not in their original packaging.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
